Summer is time for our annual summer orchid and companion plant sale! August 17, 2024
At our summer sale, we host hobby, Canadian and international vendors. Our summer sale focus is connecting the horticultural community of greater Vancouver with our hobby vendors, and we are excited to have the opportunity as well at this time to welcome other commercial vendors. Another huge benefit of this summer sale on behalf of the Vancouver Orchid Society and its tremendous volunteers, it is entirely FREE to attend.

Note! Not all vendors accept credit card payments, so we recommend bringing cash to the sale.

Koopman Orchids
Please visit www.paphiopedilum.com to place your order, and email info@paphiopedilum.com to let Koopman know that you will pick up the orchids at the summer sale. On the day of the summer sale, Koopman will be accepting cash and card payments.
Paramount Orchids
Please see visit their webpage at: http://www.paramountorchids.com/. Place your order by sending an email with the list of plants you wish to purchase to info@paramountorchids.com. Paramount will then confirm availability and pricing. All preorders must be paid prior to the summer sale (either by credit card or by e-transfer). The cut-off for preorders is Sunday, August 11, 2024.
Roehampton
Please visit their website www.roehamptomorchids.ca, and place your order. If you have a BC address, you should see at the last option: “Pick up @ Vancouver Orchid Society (Aug 17) VanDusen Botanical Garden”. Roehampton notes that they usually do not open preorders this early because their inventory can change even if it is on hold, and things that are IN SPIKE can potentially be expired by the time they arrive in Vancouver. Unfortunately, there will not be any price adjustments if it is held on reserve for the spike. Preorders are welcome up to Aug 14, 2024.

2/ The price is in Canadian Dollars inclusive of shipping and handling to Vancouver.
3/ The minimum ordering amount is C$50.00
4/ Kindly indicate which orchid society you belong to, the code number of the plant , plant name, size, unit price, quantity and amount in your order.
5/ The deadline for ordering will be on July 31 (Wednesday), 2024 .
6/ Payment has to be made by etransfer to Daniel once the order is confirmed.
